Newsletter # 1 and Agenda # 1 2010:

Note: We recognize that our organizational foundation lies in the party Constitution and By-Laws To that end, we have laid out the following structure for all activities of the Independent American Party.  We have two acronyms which help us better understand the direction we need to follow for organizing and educating our people:

Leadership, Management, Organization and Training (LMOT) Agenda 2010

Training, Organization, Management and Leadership (TOML) Agenda 2010

Using these general concepts, we will begin a new process for working with the IAP Standing Committees, which are the HEART of the party.  We will continue to utilize teleconference calls where members and leaders can join each other in developing the party in each state and nationally; and where we can discuss items, issues, needs, etc., and learn from each other, all with the intent of achieving our Mission and Purpose.

Conference calls will be held each day or evening as follows:

Sundays - Training, Mondays - Rules Committee, Tuesdays - Events Committee, Wednesdays - Membership Committee, Thursdays - Issues Committee, Fridays - Media Committee, and Saturdays - Administrative (Leadership).

Note: You are responsible to pay for your own long distance charges which will apply for all teleconference  meetings.  It is suggested that you seek a fixed monthly cost package with your long distance carrier.

Conference times, phone numbers and access code:

Respective time zones: 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 PM;

Telephone: 712-432-0600 - Access code: 809661#

If you are a member of the Independent American Party and have a position of leadership, be sure you know how to follow, because a person who does not know how to follow is incapable of leading. If you are a member of the Independent American Party and are a follower, be sure you know how to lead others, because a person who knows how to lead others will have others seek to follow them. If you are not a member of the Independent American Party and seek to become a follower in the Independent American Party, then become a leader in the Independent American Party.  JOIN NOW and help us turn things around!
