"Our mission is to promote respect for life, liberty and
property; strong traditional families; patriotism; and individual, state and
national sovereignty - with a strong reliance on the Declaration of Independence
and allegiance to the Constitution for the United States of America - by petition
to God and by political and educational means."

In consideration of our American values and the
issues that are before us, and in consideration of major news networks that are
failing to give coverage to any political party that is dedicated to the defense
of our Constitutional rights and laws of sovereignty and independence, we feel
that there is a great need to promote a strong political alternative that will
unify public support for the laws of our Constitution that we must defend as our
supreme law in times of war as well as peace.
We are Independent Americans. We oppose giving up our
national sovereignty to any man-made United Nations or New World Order (NWO)
control.
Fellow Americans,
Even though many would like to ignore it, and some refuse to see it, we are
living in some of the most critical days that this nation has ever faced.
This and other Independent American Party (IAP) campaign letters and
articles, seen at the IAP web site ( http://www.usiap.org
), attest to some of the important issues that are before us. Unfortunately,
because these are issues that the NWO dominated news media tend to steer away
from, they have not become popular or mainstream issues.
Where are our nation’s political parties taking us for our future? If they
keep their current trends, we will be taken further away from the nation that
the Founding Fathers gave to us.
The Presidency of Ronald Reagan had its great popularity with the American
people because he gave such great hope for what the American character
represents. The bias of the NWO dominated news media could not avoid the
dialogue of his speeches and remarks that gave so much reinforcement to the
patriotic spirit of the American character.
The Independent American Party National Mission statement (above) makes a
dedication to achieve its stated goals through petition to God and by political
and educational means.
Therefore, in consideration of the American values and issues that are
presented here and in other campaign letters and articles, and in consideration
of the IAP National Platform and National Mission, and in consideration for all
those who trust in God and in liberty, we feel that we have an obligation to do
all that we can to build a strong political alternative to the planned NWO
dependency toward which the NWO corporate controlled media networks are leading
the political parties of this nation.
After reading the IAP campaign letters, every caring citizen of these United
States who has any feeling for the American values and issues that concern us,
will want to help do something about it.
These letters discuss issues that concern our independence. Our nation’s
very foundation is based on our Declaration of Independence. From this
foundation, the laws of our United States Constitution were written to prevent
us from losing our rights of liberty to the designs of those who esteem the
powers and governments of man above God.
Some of the most important issues that are discussed are as follows:
"In the name of terrorism, people who have no faith in the right of the
people to exercise their liberties, have given us such questionable legislation
as can be seen in the Patriot Act. What has been the result? According to the
Bill of Rights Defense Committee ( http://bordc.org ), as of June 9, 2004, a
total of "Four states and 324 cities and counties have passed resolutions
to protect their 51,496,726 residents’ civil liberties. Hundreds more
resolutions critical of the Patriot Act are in progress."
It seems that it was only a few years ago when the American people could
trust most of their elected politicians to defend the Constitution in accordance
with their oath of office. Today, however, too many politicians seem to be too
eager to pass terrorist laws that give police and other federal authorities new
unconstitutional powers to ignore the laws of our civil liberties. It seems that
many no longer have a mind to honor the trust in God that gives the American
hero the heart to defend the law of our liberty?
"Many brave heroes have made the sacrifice for us, even giving their
life so that we might have life complete with the blessings of liberty confirmed
in the laws of our Constitution. Should we now put their sacrifices to shame by
giving up on the liberty that their sacrifices were for? Should we not join our
voices in union with the growing numbers of cities, counties and states across
this country who have drawn up and passed resolutions in defense of the laws of
our Constitution?"
It is only through the survival of the American people’s will to live by
this law of our liberty that we can remain free from being controlled by the
media bias that is in union with the emerging NWO global government.
"We are aware of evidence pointing to the actions of a group of world
leaders who use their wealth and influence to transform the nations of the world
into their idea of a "New World Order" under their control."
"Much of today’s terrorism is, no doubt, aimed against this "NWO"
threat. Our chances of becoming targets of terrorism increase as terrorist
nations and organizations that are opposed to the NWO perceive the United States
as being manipulated to further the purposes of NWO domination. It may not be
because of some perceived wrong religion that terrorists become willing to
destroy, or because of their hatred for a prosperous and freedom loving people,
as much as it is the threat that they perceive from NWO designs for world
control."
Our plan for getting past the political bias of the NWO corporate controlled
major media networks is simple. Those of us who see the direction we are going
toward the degradation of our laws of liberty and national independence, and
have enough trust in God to stand up for the liberty that God blessed us with,
just share this brochure with others and endorse the efforts of all those who
work to unify public support behind a strong political party, such as the IAP,
that stands for our national values.
The concern that the IAP has for preserving the people’s recognition that
the Declaration of Independence is the great bedrock foundation of this nation,
and for preserving the law of the Constitution as the law of the land that
embodies and builds upon that great bedrock foundation, goes beyond party
politics. The IAP ( http://www.usiap.org ) has endorsed many candidates with
different party affiliation. They must stand in defense of our national
principles and values.
As we move forward in this work of the Independent American Party to promote
our nation’s great foundation values of liberty, independence and equal
rights, we do so through education, petition and voting.
With trust in God, we make our sacrifices of vigilance today, defending and
promoting the respect that we each should have for the laws of our liberty, and
defending and promoting our military strength, in the hope for tomorrow that no
sacrifice of life, or of even one drop of American blood, will ever again be
required in battle because of an oppressor’s mistake in thinking that we have
a flaw or a crack in the armor of our political union.
We are independent Americans standing by our standards of liberty and
fighting for a more perfect Union, that these standards will apply equally for
all:

In Our Declaration of Independence:
"WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men
are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of
Happiness. ."
To secure these God given Rights within our American society we established
the Constitution.
George Washington, in his Farewell Address, said:
"The . . Constitution . . ‘till changed . . ,’ is sacredly
obligatory upon all . . But let there be no change by usurpation; for though
this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon
by which free governments are destroyed. . ."
