• Conference call/meeting to begin at 10:00 AM (MST) and will end when all business and issues have been completed - preferably by noon.

• To join Saturday Teleconference meeting, please send advance e-mail to: conference@usiap.org.  We will send a reply with phone number and code to join the conference.  Please arrange to call in between 9:50 and 9:55 AM to prevent disturbance once meeting begins.  Announce your name, city and state when you logon to the conference.

Any interested member of the Party may attend and participate.   Only National Committee Representatives may vote.    (If your state Party is not fully organized, contact your Area Coordinator if you wish to be appointed an ad hoc Representative for your state.)

To join the conference call, follow these INSTRUCTIONS:

Dial 712-451-6055, when you hear the request for the entry code, dial 728874#.     You may then listen and participate in the Committee Meeting. 

We request the following etiquette:

Please dial into the conference line a few minutes BEFORE the appointed hour. 

When you enter the call you will be asked to state your name, city and state at the sound of the tone. To make a statement, please announce your name and be patient so the host my yield time for your comments in an orderly fashion.

There may be a number of people in the conference at one time, so please be patient.  We are doing this to reduce travel costs and allow more interested people to join in.
