The Wisdom of the Founders

Independent American Party events:

We recognize that our organizational foundation lies in the party Constitution and By-Laws To that end, we have laid out the following structure for all activities of the Independent American Party.

We have two acronyms which help us better understand the direction we need to follow for organizing and educating our people:

Leadership, Management, Organization and Training (LMOT) - Agenda A 2010

Training, Organization, Management and Leadership (TOML) - Agenda B 2010

Using these general concepts, we will begin a new process for working with the IAP Standing Committees, which are the HEART of the party.  We will continue to utilize teleconference calls where members and leaders can join each other in developing the party in each state and nationally; and where we can discuss items, issues, needs, etc.; and learn from each other, all with the intent of achieving our Mission and Purpose.
