Eleven years as pastor of Central Baptist Church in
Morrow Ga., now in Jackson Ga. A rebuilding process was in progress. The church
started a church mission. Started a theological school. Was in Christian radio,
Bible Broadcasting Network, Atlanta, Ga. affiliate, WAVO in Decatur Ga. as
manager of the AM division 8/31/92-8/15/97.
The six years prior to assuming pastorate of Central
Baptist Church was pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church Bogalusa, La., during
these six years the church initiated a mission church, property improvements of
72,000 dollars, a bus ministry, a radio program and peak attendance was an
increase of 200 percent. Helped organize and was Dean of a theological school in
Bogalusa, La. 6/25/80-8/24/86. Pastorate: 18 months, Union Ave. Baptist Church,
Bogalusa, La. Attendance peaked at 220 from a low of 124. The church secured a
youth minister, had college ministry, supported missions and had radio ministry.
12/1/78-6/1/80.
A four year and six month ministry was at First
Baptist Church of Belle Fontaine Alabama. Attendance peaked at 120 from a
beginning attendance of 30, church secured youth minister, became half owner of
a 150-acre youth camp. During this pastorate was a faculty member of a
theological school and attended University of South Alabama in mobile ala.

Entered seminary 10 days after retiring from 20 years
military service 1948-1968, in which time educational studies were continued
that were begun 1962 at Maryland Bible Institute in Elkton Maryland and is being
continued as of year 2002.
