Friendly State Party

The Freedom Restoration Party believes strongly in the principles of freedom, personal responsibility, and Christian morality. We are seeking like-minded people, who reside in New York State, to help organize us into a formidable party. The following is a list of issues that define our party, here in New York State:

Restore Freedom- Limit and eliminate many laws that restrict freedom

Tax Relief- Reduce the high rate of tax that stifles individuals, and the economy

Tax Law- Implement a Flat Tax so that every American can accurately determine their tax burden

Educational Reform- State mandated student testing, to ensure students acquire a higher standard of education before they can graduate

Stop Drug Abuse- A zero tolerance for those who abuse and or deal illegal drugs

End Parole- Criminals will serve their sentence in full

Protect Gun Owner Rights- Law abiding citizens have the right to protect and defend themselves and their family from the tyranny of evil men

Strengthen Border Control- United States must follow the Constitution to protect and defend its borders by keeping those who seek to violate our laws (by entering illegally) out.

Reform our trade agreements- The United States could do better

Pay off the Federal / State Debt- The size of the debt is a huge financial burden to future generations

Reduce Taxpayer Funding of Programs- Grant financial help to people who are unable to help themselves, not people who are unwilling to help themselves

Eliminate Abuse From Banking, Credit Card & Insurance Companies - Unfair practices are a drain on private citizens and the economy

Foreign Aide- eliminate non humanitarian aide

Campaign Finance Reform- Any person can contribute to any candidate, as long as they are eligible to vote for that candidate, no businesses, no unions, no organizations etc.

End Abortion- We can not determine when the soul enters the body, Therefore we shall not destroy a fetus of any age

End Affirmative Action- Every person is born equal and shall be treated as such.

Roll back the Lottery- The government should not be in the business of gambling

Limit Legalized Gambling- Privatized gambling makes a few people very wealthy and many people poorer

Preserve the Environment- Our environment is a gift from God and should be protected from exploitation

Restore the Military to Top Form- We must be willing and able to protect and defend all that we have from the tyranny of evil men
