Attention: Petition drive for Utah Ballot access:

Hello everyone,

We're getting down to the wire. Wayne has done a lot of leg work to get this going.
It seems we have a good opportunity at your local Walmarts.  If you the store manager gives you permission, you can set up a table to ask for signatures for the IAP Ballot petition.

So far, we have volunteers for "booths" in St. George, Orem, Cedar Hills, and probably Provo.

Please contact me asap if you can spare a couple hours to man a booth at your closest Walmart.  If we have enough locations it will be easy to meet the 2000 signature requirement by Monday.  Currently though, I think we have about 200.  We can still do it though if everyone chips in.  See Wayne's remarks below.

If you haven't signed the petition yet yourself, or if you have a list, please get them to me asap.  See attached.

Thanks everyone!
Tyler Gibbs

---------- Forwarded message ----------

We are still praying for the Constitution, but now we need action!

Last night I reread the "White Horse Prophecy" and Mosiah Lyman Hancock's account (1843)  that in the last days the Constitution and Liberty would hang by a thread/hair.  I for one want to save the Constitution.

To get the IAP on the voting ballot in November,  2500 signatures are needed by February 16th, so that we all can have a voice and choice.  Last night I talked to an asst. manager at Wal-Mart about setting up a table to collect signatures.  He said that all I needed to do is talk to the manager today to find out where he would like up to set it up.  I think if we have people at 15 or so high traffic stores for the next 5 days for as many hours as you think the constitution is worth, would do it for us.  We are the someone "elses" that need to do it.

Last night I went to the church cannery to pick up some items my wife had done.  All 19 people that were there and were registered Utah voters wanted to sign the petition.  Doing the same two party system is suicide.  Help us save the Constitution, as well as Freedom worldwide by giving the next few days.  I truly feel it is now or never.

We have petitions or you can print your won.  Call Tyler Gibbs 801 796-0637 or Wayne Hill
435-680-0200.

I am taking my last days of vacation to do this.  Please help by coming or sending people to assist in this worthy effort.  All you need is are petitions and clipboards,  maybe a table and a sign that says "Help Save the Constitution"  or are you an Independent American, or whatever else you think would catch attention.  All I said last night is that I co-founded a political party called the Independent American Party, which it's only purpose is to save and stand up for the Constitution.  Everyone wanted to sign the petition.

State Party Development  State Parties in the Independent American Party need to have a conservative voice that parallels the national voice. Access the State Party Development Independent American Party link for information needed to develop your state party and email request for further assistance if needed.
