Federal Courts
Constitution - Article III
-
Federal Courts were
established by Congress and it has the duty to regulate them. The
Constitutional answer to runaway courts and renegade justices is to dismiss
justices who fail to demonstrate "good behavior" and regulate those
cases which federal courts may try. United States
Constitution, Article III, Section 1, Paragraph 1 states that Federal Judges
hold their office "during good behavior".

There is a similar section
in the Maryland State Constitution.
On March 7th, 2006
Delegate Don Dwyer of the Maryland House of Delegates sponsored a Bill to
remove a Maryland Judge for violating her oath of office. Full story at:

H. R. 300 , the 'We the
People Act', sponsored by Ron Paul of Texas, would limit the jurisdiction of
the Federal courts in issues pertaining to state law. The passage of this
bill returns to the states multiple areas where federal courts and the
Supreme Court have usurped jurisdiction. This bill goes a long way
toward restoring the traditional "Separation of Powers". Ask your
Senators to sponsor a similar bill and your Representative to co-sponsor
this bill. See the text of H. R. 300 at: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/D?c110:1:./temp/~c110eGitXn::
