The Equitable Exercise Of Unalienable Rights In A Free Republic

FORWARD

The equitable exercise of unalienable rights is intrinsic to the health and stability of any free society. Universal moral principle is indispensable as a foundation and underpinning for the equitable exercise of unalienable rights A society's opportunity for equity and long term stability in the exercise of it's unalienable rights improves proportionally to the degree that society develops these universal principles into its societal mores and insures that it's institutional powers are based upon the same.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

UNALIENABLE RIGHTS

The powers, privileges and sovereignty which are endowed upon all mankind by the Creator, and which are not subject to infringement.

SOCIETY

A collection of individuals living in common geographical bounds, sharing one or more of the following; common goals, common interests, common mores, common language, and/or common ideals.

STATE

An institution, and it's subsequent legal embodiments, sanctioned by society as arbiter of and protector to the exercise of unalienable rights.

INSTITUTIONAL POWERS

Those revokeable powers extended to institutions by society in an effort to secure, arbitrate and/or protect the exercise of unalienable rights.

STATISM

A philosophy whereby institutional powers take precedence over the exercise of unalienable rights.

TYRANNY

The application of force to compel a desired behavior or outcome in violation of unalienable rights. 

UNIVERSAL MORALS

Universal principles that distinguish between right and wrong which, when learned and applied by free will, allow for the equitable exercise of unalienable rights.

SOCIETAL MORES

A society's interpretation and conformity with the generally accepted standards of right and wrong in conduct or character.

FREE WILL

An individual's intrinsic, sacrosanct ability to make personal choices.
