A Constitutional Crisis

All is (not) Well. It must be preserved, and yet it is facing a crisis under escalating and destructive political attacks. It stands on the brink of ruin.

If we stuck to the Constitution as written, we would have: no federal meddling in our schools; no Federal Reserve; no U.S. membership in the U.N.; no gun control; and no foreign aid. We would have no welfare for big corporations or the poor; no American troops in 100 foreign countries; no Nafta, Gatt, or fast track; no arrogant federal judges usurping states’ rights; no attacks on private property; and no income tax. We would get rid of most of the cabinet departments, most of the agencies, and most of the budget. The government would be small, frugal, and limited. -- Congressman Ron Paul

We have the best government money can buy, and leaders willing for decades to sell us out. Our government of, by and for the people has been replaced with a government of, by and for the elite, special interest groups, globalists, and international bankers and corporations. Among them are domestic enemies in influential positions who condemn the Constitution as outmoded, a hindrance to the powers and controls they want, and in the way of implementing the new world order. These enemies within have also admitted to manipulating the media for decades to keep us in the dark, so that their plans for a one world government would not be subject to the bright lights of publicity.

Our Christian heritage is under attack. Contrary to the intent of our founders, Bible reading, prayer, and the advocation of Christian values in our schools, have been replaced by an anti-God religion known as Secular Humanism (promoted both by government-funded education, and by federal court rulings). This government-sponsored religion is in violation of the First Amendment and the separation of church and state. Instead of honoring our Christian Constitution, principles and heritage, our leaders have implemented nearly every facet of Socialism, Marxism, Fascism, and Nazism. Nearly all of the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto have been fully implemented, by law, nationwide.

We are no longer the land of the free. Limitations on government have been replaced with limitations on the people. The servant of the people is now their master. Since 9/11 the major strengths and provisions of the Constitution, and the rights and freedoms guaranteed under the Bill of Rights, have been under even greater attack. The very freedoms and uniqueness that have made America great are being destroyed. State, local, and personal rights are being extensively intruded upon or eliminated. God-given and unalienable rights, intended to be inseparable from the people, are being unconstitutionally legislated away by a government that wants to dictate our rights.

Our Republican form of government is being replaced with tyranny. Former checks and balances are being eliminated, along with balance of powers and separation of powers. Unprecedented usurpation of power by the Executive Branch is running rampant. The unconstitutional Office of Homeland Security (OHS) has been set up to override the Legislative and Judicial Branches, with the Office of the President able to override the OHS. This, in effect, could be used to establish the President as America’s first ruling monarch, Caesar, or king. The Executive Branch has been granted hundreds of billions of dollars to implement its new controls over our citizens. It also wants control over additional billions of dollars annually, without having to account for it. The enemies of freedom are also instigating a nationalized police force, similar to Germany’s Gestapo, to spy on citizens and patriots, to confiscate firearms, and thereby eliminate our means of resisting their tyranny or preventing their overthrow of our Constitution.

The illusion of a two-party system: At least at the highest levels, the two major parties are merely different wings of the same bird. Regardless of how we have voted, the destructive movement against our freedom has steadily marched on, unaffected for nearly a century, using our presidents as puppets (some without knowing it, and some with full cooperation). Keeping either of the two major parties in the White House, and in our top positions, will only perpetuate the corruption, advance the overthrow of our Constitution, and guarantee U.S. surrender of all rights, liberties and national independence to the control, tyranny, and despotism of the U.N. and other globalists in the new world order. A major house cleaning is necessary immediately if we want our liberties and Constitutional Republic restored. We need patriots, not politicians. We need leaders loyal to their Constitutional oaths, not to the U.N. Charter.

Our Founding Fathers would be outraged. While operating under the color or pretense of the Constitution, our government today would not be recognizable by our Founders. Our corrupt form of government represents every evil and every threat to freedom that our founders tried to protect us from. We now have fewer freedoms, and are living under heavier taxation, more government intrusion, and more tyranny, than our founders were when they lived under British rule. Once the nationalization of our police force is complete, it will be worse.

The Constitution is hanging by a thread, yet neither government nor idle spectator will save it nor preserve freedom and liberty. Instead, our current form of government will continue to trample upon the blood of our forefathers by wanting more power through the sacrifice of our rights and by the corruption of our laws, and the idle spectator will only endorse the loss of freedom and the overthrow of our Constitution by his silence.

Where are the Patriots? Where are those who have sworn an oath to protect our country and our Constitution from domestic enemies? Where are the patriotic judges who have sworn that oath, and know that everything offensive to our founding fathers or to our Constitution can be struck down as non binding and unconstitutional? Where are the military patriots and our patriotic Congressmen and Senators who swore that oath? Where are the needed investigations into those who have so sworn, and who, by their lack of action, are thereby assisting our domestic enemies? Where is the patriotism of our newspaper publishers, and radio and TV station owners? Where are the voices of our outraged citizens? (If some are not yet outraged, it is because they have been successfully deceived or are still in denial.)

Patriotism is not blind submission to government, but rather vigilant action in the preservation and perpetuation of our rights and liberties against government infringement, and against those in or out of government attempting to pervert or overthrow our Constitution and national independence.

Would our resistance be insurrection? Being personally familiar with tyranny, our Forefathers had the wisdom of providing us with freedom of speech and freedom of the press to help expose and resist tyranny. They also provided the Constitutional right, duty, and instruction, to alter or abolish our form of government when it becomes corrupt and destructive of our rights. It is a protected right. From that perspective, insurrection by the people exists only when we speak out against a Constitutional government. If insurrection exists today, it is not by the people, but by domestic enemies in high places. They are levying a war against the citizens in direct violation of the Constitution. They are levying a war against the Constitution itself, and against our liberties and freedoms. They are destroying our personal and nation independence.

Standing for principle: We believe we are now facing that time where each of us has to make a personal stand: Either for righteousness or for evil, either for the inspired Constitution for the United States, or for the Communist Charter of the United Nations, either for independence and liberty or for surrendering our independence and liberty to the U.N., and living in slavery and captivity. Our stand will determine the extent of the Lord’s assistance, the future of America, the future of the Constitution, and the future of liberty for our posterity.

Saving the Constitution: Our liberties and freedoms can be saved by patriots whose love for the principles of freedom exceeds their loyalty to a political party, and motivates them to action in united and sustained efforts. More than ever before, the expressions: In God we trust ~ United we stand ~ One nation, under God, indivisible ~ Never, never give up ~ Give me liberty or give me death need to apply to the lovers of liberty in America today. We can (and must) stand, speak, act and vote as one: WE THE PEOPLE. Only as we do our utmost in this cause, can God Bless America with liberty and justice for all.
