The Death of the Conspiracy

I'm mighty happy to be here. I invoke the Spirit of Freedom, that it will enlighten my mind and our minds as we discuss a number of topics.

I was holding one of my granddaughters on my lap the other day and she feels her face like this, then she feels my face, and she feels her face, and she feels my face. She says, "Did God make you Grandpa?" And I thought, that’s a good concept, and I said, "Yes. God made me." And she said, "Did God make me, Grandpa?" "Yes, God made you too." So she continues feeling my face, and says, "He's getting better at it, isn't he Grandpa?" [laughter]

Is anybody here from Alabama or Georgia? That’s pronounced Jo-jia, I almost said it wrong. Nobody? Well, then I can't hurt anybody’s feelings. There were two possums, walking along the Alabama-Georgia state line. And one of them was from Alabama, and the other one from Georgia. There was a trap line set up there, and they both got caught. The Georgia possum says, "I'm not going to stand for this," so he chews his leg off and off he goes wandering through the night. Three or four hours later, he came back and sees the Alabama possum still caught. The Alabama possum was a conservative. Didn't you see what I did? Just chew your leg off and go on. The Alabama possum said, "Oh, poor me, nothing ever works for me. I've already chewed three of my legs off, and I'm still caught." [laughter]

Now that's the normal political thinking that we get in this nation. When you think of Politicians, just remember the two possums.

I would like to tell you a couple of things about how I feel. I feel that the Spirit of Freedom is gaining strength in our nation. But I don't know that our people are learning a lot more. I don't know that our citizens of this great land are studying any more. But they are getting a gut feeling that something's wrong, and there are certain things that they ought to do.

I think that this Spirit of Freedom is coming into their hearts because they are repenting. This nation as a whole is repenting. I travel all over the United States and I see a lot of people. And I see people just like you and me. We are a nation of very, very good people who are controlled by a government of conspirators. We as a nation are controlled by a conspiracy. But the people are repenting and getting better.

Now, I don't recall who it was this afternoon, but he said, "We are not coming together. There is a digression, a dichotomy." And that's true. The good are getting better, and the bad are getting worse. Let me just give a couple of statistics here. Prayer is up. According to studies done in our nation, people are praying more in the last five or ten years than they have been. Church attendance is up. Righteousness is up.

Let me give you a scripture here. This is from II Chronicles 7:14. I like this one. I bring you greetings from what has been termed the "Left Coast," California. This is on a sign between the town of Mojave and the town of Lancaster in California. II Chronicles 7:14: "If my people which are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Old Testament, II Chronicles. That is good stuff. I hang on that promise.

I believe our people are getting a gut feeling about freedom. Let me give you two or three things that happened just recently, that I consider good news.

The Utah legislature -- we've got a couple of people in the legislature who are working to preserve freedom. There are bureaucratic laws and rulings all throughout the bureaucracy of Utah that said, "You can't have a gun on our premises." The Department of Transportation, the University of Utah, etc., etc.

Well, the bill came up, and they held a hearing to determine whether this was constitutional according to the Utah Constitution. It was in line with Utah’s concealed carry law. There were persuasive people on both sides. But it was unanimous in that committee hearing that those laws and rulings that preclude firearms from certain areas will be stricken. That's number one.

Second, and this happened I believe yesterday or the day before. There were four gun bills that came up at this point in the Utah Legislature. Two of them good, two of them bad. They went through the Rules Committee. The two bad ones were thrown out and the two good ones were kept. That’s number two.

Now what do I feel from this? I think that the Spirit of Freedom that I talk about is enlightening some people. And some of them are elected officials, which is a strange thing, and almost unheard of. Its growing throughout our nation.

Let me tell you what happened in California. This is Assembly Bill 1338. Its called a Civil Unions bill. It would allow homosexual marriages, and give them all the benefits of a heterosexual marriage from the state. We fought this bill numerous times in California. Yesterday, this bill was withdrawn by its sponsor because of all the hue and cry that has been raised about this bill. This information came from www.family.org, and I believe this is the Dobson web site. It was given me by Pat [Champion, IAP Assistant National Secretary] yesterday afternoon. So, I didn't know about this. It’s good to have friends in high places.

There's a bill that was sponsored in '96 by Bob Barr of Georgia, that has to do with this. It’s called the Defense of Marriage Act. Have you heard of that? It is the law of the land right now. It’s national law. The homosexuals were working in the People's Republic of Hawaii to get homosexual marriages solemnized and accepted in Hawaii. Now Hawaii is a very, very socialist state. Look at their representatives.

Bob Barr, Congressman from Georgia, got this put through, and it went through like gangbusters. The vote was 380 to 20 or 40 in the House. This bill states that a marriage, as defined by national law, would be a one-man one-woman arrangement. And it said certain other things. What they were trying to do in Hawaii, is if those marriages -- homosexual marriages were recognized, then by the Reciprocity Act, they would have to be recognized in the other 49 states. You see what they were planning? Well, this Defense of Marriage Act said, that even if another state recognizes an unnatural union, it doesn't have to be recognized in any other state.

You see now, we've got a wall of law between homosexuals and their idea of getting homosexual marriages recognized throughout the whole nation. Well, they haven't given up. So they were working in California, and got beaten very nicely. So I was pretty happy about that.

Fast Track. Let's talk about Fast Track. What happens when a Republican president is elected? He goes through a honeymoon period. You remember the 100 days of Kennedy, and Kennedy was a Democrat, I understand that. But, you remember the 100 days of Kennedy, that Congress pretty-much gave him everything he wanted. And that is the normal thing. The Democrats get a shorter honeymoon than the Republicans. The Republicans sometimes stretch it through their whole term.

You understand that Fast Track is a huge block of legislative power that Congress gave to the President. Okay, do you know what the vote was on that one? Well, Bush's honeymoon period is over. That vote was 214 to 215. It made it by one vote. Do you know how your representative voted? I do, for Utah, because I looked it up. How many here have Matheson [2nd District, Utah]? He voted for it. How many here have Hansen [1st District, Utah]? He voted for it. How many here have Cannon [3rd District, Utah]? He voted for it.

If one of your Congressman had stood up on their hind legs and read the Constitution, that bill would have gone down to defeat. My representative in California was the sponsor of the bill. I called his office in Washington, and I said, how is Mr. Thomas going to vote -- and I forget what the bill number was -- the Fast Track legislation. Well, he’s going to vote for it. And I said, you tell him to vote against it, its a bad bill. And she said, well you know that he's the sponsor. And I said, I know he's the sponsor. Its still a bad bill, tell him to vote against it.

I did the same to Cannon, since I [have residences in two states and] have two houses, I can call two Congressman. So that's kind of fun.

On 9-11, there was a paradigm shift. Let me tell you some of the things that give me some evidence that perhaps 9-11 was not as much of a surprise as it was made out to be. FEMA came in to cleanup the mess the night before it happened in New York. They came to New York, and were ready to go when it happened.

Secondly, the Finance Minister of Russia, who is a woman, announced in May or June 2001 that they were going on the gold standard. They said, why are you going on the gold standard?, the dollar works well. She said in the Fall, the dollar is going to take a sudden crash.

Does everyone understand what "selling stocks short" means? It is selling stocks that you don't have, thinking that the price of that company’s stock is going to go down. You contract to sell stock shares that you don't have on a certain day. When that day comes, if the price has gone down, you buy them at the lower price, fulfill your contract, and make money. That's selling short.

In the three weeks prior to the 9-11 crash, the United Airlines and American Airlines were sold short. Now, don't get me wrong. All companies in the United States are sold short at one time or another. But they chart this and they track this. During those weeks, United Airlines and American Airlines were sold short 20 times more than normal. Did somebody know something was going to happen? Did they know which airline it was going to happen to? And what happened? Those stocks took a dip, both of them.

So what happened to the American people? The people who set up this crash figured that we are a gutless bunch of wimps, that are going to roll over and play dead, and say "please don't hit me again." If you've studied terrorism, you know that terrorism is effective because of its randomness. And its effective because it is repetitive. The purpose of terrorist acts are to make the average citizen feel like he is safe nowhere. And that everyone is at risk.

Is that what's happened to our people? No. We found our hind legs, we stood on them, and we said we're going to fight. They didn't expect that. And because they didn't, they didn’t stage repetitive terrorist activity that I'm sure they had planned.

They also thought that crashing into those buildings -- and by the way, I was with an engineer last Friday who told me that the asbestos in that building only went up to 68 floors. And they know that when there's an airplane crash in a building like that, that you have between 30 minutes and an hour before the steel warps and loses strength, and then it falls. Those two planes hit at about the 83rd floor and 70-something. But they were piloted exactly where they were supposed to go.

So what happened to our people? Were they terrorized? No! They went out and bought guns in record numbers. Why? Because Americans are participants. They don't want to be victims. Look at the people on that fourth airplane. When they are given the information, they will take the right action. It’s our job to give them the information.

I am predicting the death of the Conspiracy within the next five years. I believe that the Military-Industrial Complex, the Eastern Establishment, or whatever you want to call that conspiracy that holds our government hostage now, will go down to defeat in the next five years. And when I say it will be destroyed, I mean that its political power will be destroyed because the information about that conspiracy will come out. We, The Independent American party, will have a hand in that.

The thing about the conspiracy, is they are in a lose-lose situation. If they push forward the way they are doing, they are just waking a lot of people up. Do you think it was a good political move for George the 2nd to go up to Quebec and start immediately the North America Economic Sphere? That was not a good thing for him to do. But they had to do it because they have got to push. If they slow down, we're going to wake up the American People. If they speed up like they are going to have to, they are going to wake them up. They're in a lose-lose situation.

Look at the Viet Nam War. We had about 55,000 combat deaths in Viet Nam. If Joe Six-Pack, who lost a son in that war, knew that that war was for the bottom line of certain companies and corporations in the United States, he would have our leaders hanging from lamp posts. And he's going to find out. That's going to be common knowledge.

9/11 -- if the American People knew that those two planes were crashed into those buildings and all those people were killed for political purposes to get a few bills through Congress, there would be more of our leaders hanging from lamp posts. If they knew that the two-party system was after their freedom, we would have the same thing.

Let me give you a vision of the future. This is my vision of the future of the United States -- and I may not live to see this, but I know its going to happen:

•     Our federal government is about a third or half the size it is now. It is back to its Constitutional level, with Constitutional powers only. The Separation of Powers is restored to the states and Congress. Do you know we have a separation of powers between the legislative, judicial and executive? But we also have a separation of powers between the federal and the states. That is called Federalism, and it is back in place. The Supreme Court is under control.

•     I'm going to tell you how this is going to happen. The UN is going to be just a socialist nations club with it’s headquarters in another nation. The United States and other Freedom loving countries don't belong.

•     We have a strong defense at home under Unites States commanders. There is no BATF, no IRS, no alphabet soup after you with a million pages of laws and regulations.

•     The business conspiracies have been exposed -- the AMA, the National Education Association, and all of those things. Alternative health care is widespread. Small businesses flourishing, and you're able to keep your money.

That's what I see! (applause)

How we going to do it? The United Nations is at one time their greatest weapon and also their Achilles’ heal. The United Nations is their weakest point right now -- the point we should focus on. Sixty percent of Americans, by study, are dissatisfied with the United Nations and its performance. The UN is one of the conspiracies’ strongest weapons. We will destroy its usefulness to them and use it against them.

We are going to educate. When the truth is learned it has a whole life-time of effect. Now just think back with me to when you learned whatever it was that lead you to the [Independent American] Party. Led you to do something about freedom. Think of what that was. Has that had a life-time effect on your life? Did it add a change to your life? It did for me. We need to multiply the number of people learning.

What was the situation at the time of the Revolutionary War? George the 2nd was a despotic king. See the Declaration of Independent, its right there. Well, George [Bush] the 2nd is promoting a monarchy, just as his father did. He wants to be our first king. We have a similar situation to the Revolutionary War.

What are the hallmarks of a monarchy? The legislative, the judicial, and the executive are all in one. Right?

That's why our Founding Fathers caused the Separation of Powers to be a major part of the Constitution.

We talked about Fast Track. That is a huge transfer of legislative authority to George the 2nd.

The Patriot Bill. I have something I would you to do for me about the Patriot Bill. Do you know what the Patriot Bill is? The Patriot Bill sets up the German state police right here in the United States. Do you remember what the German state police was called -- the acronym? The Gestapo! Well, that's what's being set up with this Patriot Bill and the Office of Homeland Security. Legislative and Judicial power is given to the Executive Branch.

I would like you to write 20 letters to newspapers, to newspapers in your area about your Representative, who I believe voted for the Patriot Bill. Do you know that when they voted for the Patriot Bill in the House of Representatives -- and this is where the battle is going to be won and lost, the Senate is pretty much gone.

The bill was not available to them when they voted on it. It was not available. There was no one in the Congress that could have read that bill which was 400 pages long. They voted for it. I want you to burn your congressman with letters to the editor if he voted for that. It was an overwhelming vote. They couldn't have read it. It wasn't ready for them to read. It was over 400 pages. Not one of them even saw it, not even the cover. And they voted for it. They voted to give that power to the executive branch.

Send me an email, and I will send you the web site where you can write one letter which will be sent to 20 newspapers. You pick 20 newspapers in your area and just check them. That same letter will go out to all 20 newspapers. This is a great tool, and you ought to use it. If you take the time to write one letter to the editor, send it to 20 papers.

The Office of Homeland Security Which is not finalized yet: George the 2nd has appointed Governor Ridge of Pennsylvania. Governor Ridge, the only governor that I'm aware of in recent years that has been sued twice by his citizens for infringement of the 2nd Amendment. This is the guy that George the 2nd put in as the head of Homeland Security.

This party needs to exercise true leadership. Let me define true leadership. True leadership doesn't care who gets the credit, but did the job get done.

We need to adopt the motto of the Revolutionary War: "No King, but King Jesus!"

We're going to draft legislation. We've got a Legislative Development Committee within the Utah party. Their number one priority right now is to draft a bill that will stop the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in matters concerning prayer in public buildings. That's where we're going to start. We're going to have bills concerning God, Family, and Country. We don't have to make all these bills, but we will use bills that are already there. 

If there isn't a bill, we will exercise leadership, draft a bill, and send it to every congressman who has a conservative index of over 50. That’s about 80 to 100 Congressmen right now. The reason we're doing this Legislative Development Committee, is that we are constantly fighting a defensive battle. Defensive battles are destined to lose. We're going to let the liberals fight the bills we start rather than always fighting the bills they start. We will find people to sponsor these bills.

The Independent American Party has a destiny. And this party will fulfill its destiny. It has a great destiny. Think back about that vision of freedom that I have.  We will prevail!  Thank you.  [applause]
